MASS AMOUNT OF PLAYERS SET TO LEAVE FOR COMBINED TOTAL OF £63M
The Rome club’s president, Claudio Lotito, is said to be seeking a cash windfall by selling Lazio’s biggest stars at the end of the season.
Quartet Eddy Onazi, Marco Parolo, Etrit Berisha and Santiago Gentiletti are all said to be on their way out.
But the man that has caught the interest of the Premier League teams is Antonio Candreva. According to Italian media, Lazio are willing to sell the 29-year-old winger for less than £28m.
Liverpool’s interest in the winger is thought to have begun in January but no official bid was made.
Lazio appear open to negotiating a fee and hope it will rise if Candreva impresses during the European Championship, which kicks off in France on 10 June.
